This gallery is my fifth of 10 on the 2013 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. It features the 14 entries in the special Ford GT40 class, created to celebrate the GT40's 50th anniversary this year. One of the entries, a two-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, was honored with the "Best in Show" award for sport.

I took the first 33 photos here the day before the concours, while most of the GT40s were being positioned on the showfield; I shot the final 14 pictures during and after the concours's award ceremony, on March 10. Note that I have posted a separate gallery, with a different set of photos, on the GT40 Seminar that was held the day before the concours.
