This gallery shows cars that were featured in the exhibit "Fins: The Tail Fin in American Automotive Design" at the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum (AACA) in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I took most of the photos on June 1, 2008. I returned to the museum on Aug. 7 and photographed the five vehicles that were added after my June visit. The exhibit opened on May 10, 2008, and closed on Oct. 12, 2008.

Note that this is the ninth in my continuing series of galleries on the AACA Museum's fascinating automotive offerings.

I used a handheld Nikon Coolpix P5000 to shoot most of the pictures, which are posted here as is, as they came out of the camera. I did not post-process the images, but I resized them for viewing online. As usual, the camera's lens-shift image stabilization (VR) worked very well. ... I used a handheld Nikon D300 with a Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom to shoot the nine photos that I added in August. As before, I did not have to post-process the images.
