Terms and Conditions of Artist's Reference Rights

The copyright of the photograph(s) supplied remains vested with the
photographer. Artist's Reference rights allow the non-exclusive right to use
the photograph(s) for derivative artwork only and does not grant the right
to publish, hire, lend or otherwise market the original photograph(s),
(including placing the photograph(s) on any web site).

Copyright of derivative artwork produced from the photograph(s) belongs
solely to the artist. The artist is free to market his/her own artwork for
commercial gain, including making any number of paintings or drawings from
the original photograph(s) and publication of the derivative artwork as
limited edition prints or posters, at no additional fee
