8th February 2006 arctic blast

8th February 2006 arctic blast

crystal-clear, cold fresh air,
whistling down from the north.
Everything looks so vivid,
it is as if my eyeballs had been polished.
A few snow showers on the way tonight I hope.

I love it when it gets like that here... 'polished eyeballs', well said! Love that deep blue sky.

Looks quite warm.

Aye, cold down here too. Wonderous blue skies though...

just need some leaves on the trees and then everything would be perfect. :-)

Wonderful blue sky.

Yes cold weather can make a great sky and clear vista. Nice work.

Great colours and composition, and the contrast is spot on.

Spectacular Image. I like the gentle slope and clear blue sky. V.

Nice image! I like the swoop of trees and land from right to left. The cloud on the left fills the void well. The only thing I would do is clone out the little tree peeking in from the right (but only if it was my image). Great job! Reminds me of marching elephants.

Bloody chilly wind today..

Hey i know that trees... :-)
Zak08-Feb-2006 18:07
you need a few mountains to shelter you ;-)
