14th January 2006 where we used to live

Over at Mrs N's mother today.
I was up before the cock this morning,
visiting my old haunts.
And it was perfect weather,
very lucky.
Conor was too sleepy to come,
so I went out in the afternoon as well.
And he came along too.
I knew all the best spots.
He had the full guided tour.
I picked this one out of them all,
these ducks sailed into view,
that was very lucky too.
Maybe I should have bought a lottery ticket.

you made the best of what looked like a fabulous day. i know it was probably freezing
cold, but nonetheless the main shot makes me want to roll up the old trouser legs
and go paddling! :-)

Oh, beautiful, beautiful shots. Worthy of a magazine cover or travel feature. Sounds like you enjoyed your day out too - not surprising in such a lovely place however! Voted.

What a peace! Beautiful! (As the all series)
I love the reflection of the small line of sky in the background which cut the earth one and the ray of ligth, in front, in this so clear and clean water. Great composition!
