There are many sites of worship for the Indian community in Flushing. The Hindu Society of North America on Holly Avenue has events around many holy days, as well as a music and dance school, Sanskrit and English study, activities for seniors. There is also the Hindu Temple on Kissena Blvd. and a Gujurati Temple. Ancient Vedic worship also finds practitioners. Families at home show customs.
