This is actually my own Father taken from the last photo portrait I have of him.
I like this becaue it was in the happy days before Mom died. I've worked on it for years.
Each time I gain new skill I go back and add to this. It may never be finished??????

He's a lovely man! ...and maybe you don't want to be finished, simply because you don't want to close out a season of happiness in his life. This is already a done piece, Norma... but whatever you do from here will be another "done piece" as well. Keep painting, my friend...
