Mark (far left) and Floyd (Center) give a .303 weapons handling breif the a group of senior officers visiting from the Toronto Staff College. It was this group of over 100 Staff college students which required the recce team which I was apart of to travel to Resolute Bay. The visit was intended to give these senior officers an idea of the enviroment and challenges of operating in the north.
