well , I think this picture is the backside of Lady reading Hospital , and the cart is going to Khyber Bazar . The cart is comming from Gt raod in the bank of Balahissar toward khyber bazar , where now Ptcl office is situated
I thought if I had a shot of a single khakhta of Peshawar you would recognize it.. haha... I don't remember exactly, but some where behind Lady Reading hospital.
