I was in Afghanistan between 1975 and winter 1979. These pictures are from these times. Between Zahir Baba (the King) and the Russian invasion. The days of Daud Khan, and then Tarraki.

Asaam Aleikum Noor Khan,

I grew up with the stories of your Afghanistan, as my mother and father travelled there (Belgians) in 1972..They truly lost their heart somewhere around Bandi Amir.
I love watching their pics. (sighs)

What is ur link with this amazing country.
