Dave & Jane Nolan acquired the venerable Concordia Boats yard in 2006. Two years ago they undertook a fabulous refit of much of the complex. The result of their efforts and the work of their great team is . . . South Wharf Yacht Yard. It sits between the New Bedford YC and the bridge in Padanaram Village of South Dartmouth MA.

The Nolans also own the Cape Yachts brokerage offices from Mamaroneck NY to Yarmouth ME. These offices include Eastland Yachts in Essex CT, which the Nolans acquired in 2008.

In February 2009, they first generously offered North East Nonsuch to host Socials and Rendezvous for our crews and boats. In 2010, we accepted their invitations with a Social May 1 and a Rendezvous July 16-18 both in wonderful and charming Padanaram !

The location is so great we plan to do this again in 2011 !
