Friday June 8 & Saturday June 9 in Watch Hill RI & Block Island RI. Thanks to Jack Lombard's able help and liason with Off Sounding Club, 19 boats were registered to sail with the 100 other entries. 3 more boats 'sailed-in' to Block Island. Jenny Lombard did a great job organizing it and 50 of us gathered at Ballard's for a fun 'lobstah dinnah' Saturday after the awards ceremony. Some good partying ensued back aboard the boats.

Al Perrins BARBCAT 30C 170 Branford YC, Branford CT was registered but broke ribs just before the event. He was sorely missed . . . but not as sorely as Al was feeling. ;)

Friday was sunny with no wind, then had light wind with heavy fog. No boat finished.
Saturday was gray and wet with light to medium winds. 7 of our boats did not sail Saturday.
