"I have had BONA DEA 14 years. I have raced her a lot and keep racing her in Bodrum. We race under IRC and she does well in downwind conditions. We even use a genyker, in certain conditions. BONA has an IRC rating of 0.910 with the gennyker. I generally race with my 14 year old son and some friends."

"I am sending you four photos from a summer race in 2006. The boat is the envy of most of the fleet with its odd looks and shorthanded crew but still doing well in races. It gets hot sometimes so we use a big beach umbrella."

"My boat, BONA DEA 354 76, was built in 1995 and is the seventh built (hull numbers on the 354 started at 70). The photo is on the wind in the Aegean Sea off the Bodrum Peninsula in southern Turkey, during a race in 2006. The winds were about 25 knots. We had not yet put in a reef."
