Is the image available through a picture library or agency?

I am back Mr. Gabilo, I forgot to mentioned the place where my LOST BEST FRIEND got married at the Catholic Church in Lal-lo Cagayan and he is from Catugan Lal-lo Cagayan.

Hello Noli,

Years ago my best friend Alberto C. Dupaya got married in that Church and I am the best man. We had an understanding while working in Manila we will be (one of us) the best man years passby and I was lucky enough to go abroad (Guam) so when he wrote me a letter saying he's getting married packed my things and attend his wedding. Tour the place even went to Aparri at the beach. Their first first born were TWINS RODELL AND ROMELL my GODSONS. I lost in touch with them when I move to the Mainland USA. I wish some of your readers will stumble on this message who knew my lost BEST FRIEND. Anyone who knew them please let me know at mekanik2@juno.com. I will upload the pictures and perhaps someone will recognized them. Thanks a million. Ed O'Connor
