On Monday or Tuesday of any given week, I often envision that it is Saturday of any given week and that I am in the process of taking gloriously lighted and interestingly composed pictures of wondrous subjects. The colors and tones will be so awesome that all who open my pictures will be going oooooh!

And then Saturday comes and we are waiting at a distant Sears store for our new lawn mower with an expensive electric key start because my arms are old and tired and the damn grass will not stop growing so that I can take these memorable and moving pictures.

Life plods on and the grass keeps growing and the kids were good so they got to go to the Dollar store after waiting.
