I'm into audiobooks now, they make my commute easier, but your photo brings to mind the joy of holding a book in your hand. The smell of old ink and paper has a special magic to it.

Makes me want to curl up with an old book in a big, comfy chair, in a corner somewhere.
The lighting in this is perfect.

I swear, making yrself photograph when it's too crappy to go outside has really made you make some gorgeous images. This is just plain beautiful! 'Course, knowing what the books are and their history doesn't hurt. Good memories, eh?

Well done photo, and the memories that go with the library. Been waiting to comment on this, too. You're worth waiting for, Neal :)
