My wife and I had an extra long spring vacation this year from our schools (we teach)! So we spent 9 of our 11 days in the "Eternal City"...and I must say, the name speaks true. I could spend days at the Coliseum...or walking and getting lost in the heart of the city. It is truly a fantastic city, and I encourage all to meander through its small streets, drink it's fine (but expensive) coffee and eat it's most fantastic food (all while soaking in its deep history).
