Strumpshaw's Steam Museum

The Strumpshaw Hall Steam Museum in Strumpshaw, Norfolk is home to a collection of Traction engines, Steam rollers, a Showman's engine and a Steam wagon which are run on special occasions and on the last Sunday of each month from April to October.
The Museum also has a narrow gauge railway operated by a Simplex diesel disguised as a steam engine and a simple four-wheeled coach which are run on most open days. The museum also has the last surviving example of a Garret type of Traction Engine which is now in service, and a unique example of a Steam Wagon which is also working and a huge Ploughing Traction Engine along with a Threshing machine and an old plough with the Ploughing engine. There is also a farm next to the museum that has some fairground rides on site which are usually in operation for the public to have rides on. It also has a collection of rare breeds of birds. Neighbouring it is Strumpshaw Fen RSPB reserve.
