2012 Egrets

I was on my way to one of my members band concert when I came upon an egret that was fishing, but moments later he was being attacked by a red winged black bird.

Well seen and captured Kelly. Seems strange to see a small bird attack such a big bird. Great series of images showing the blackbird protecting its nest.
