Taste of Hong Kong

香港, 被稱為文化沙漠. 我不同意. 如果文化只是指藝術, 文字, 學術等等嚴肅課題的話, 那未免太小看'文化'了. 在我看來, 食也是文化的一環, 凡有深厚文化背景的民族都對食很有研究, 法國和中國是不容致疑的, 日本, 泰國, 意大利也在吃的方面下了不少功夫, 只有飛禽走獸, 饑荒連年的地方和美國才對吃沒追求. 吃, 可以只為滿足生物基本需要, 但也可多花心思, 吃出文化來. 香港住滿中國人, 最多的更是愛吃的廣東人, 試問怎會不對吃東西多研究.

我不懂吃喝, 不知道吃什麼肉喝什麼酒, 也不懂得欣賞鮑參翅肚. 我最愛吃媽媽弄的雞蛋蒸肉餅featuring with 茄汁豆和芽菜仔炒魚片. 但也愛和belle 到處找好吃的店子, 有看書介紹的, 有朋友推薦的, 有偶然踏進的, 當然不會次次滿意, 但釘碰多了, 再笨的人也會變得聰明點. 加上天性邪惡, 愛show off, 故把平日所吃都想公諸於世. 圖和字, 看了便算, 千萬別信以為真, 試了回來不對辦, 我也只會無奈地說: 不要只問你碟上的東西好不好吃, 應問問你自己有沒有細心欣賞你所吃的每碟東西.

吃 - 絕對係蘊藏文化, 其中既製法, 工序, 口味, 用料都可以
反映到食品本身來源地既情況; 甚至食具, 都可以係一種反映文化既指標。

曾經睇過一的文章, 可能都係幾自我吹捧, 但又真係幾有趣。文中話如果
越係脫離我地原始食具既模式, 即係我地既牙同手, 就可以話係越有深厚既飲食文化。
所以睇下我地既筷子, 對比起刀叉 .....
