Hi Nicola
I just read your answer in dpreview forums about the 50Mm 1.4 on you D3 being really sharp, could I see these pictures somewhere? I currently have that lens myself and am waiting for my d3 to arrive
best wishes Olle
mail the pics to me if you don't want to upload and I'd be really glad :) olle@jandophoto.com

Hi Nicola

I haven't been back to HK since 1982 when I used to live there - your photographs really capture the HK I knew and brought the memories flooding back. I must now save up to go back again! Excellent shots.

Best wishes

Nigel

Hello Nicola!

Your photos are great. In fact, I'm wondering if I may reproduce one of your images - of a rickshaw (Dhaka, Bangladesh) in a French-language magazine I publish for secondary schools here in Ireland.

If you could email me that would be perfect. I can't find an email address for you!...

Best regards,

Hugh

Nicola,
Your work is fabulous. The clarity of the imagery is A+. I would like to know the size of your .jpg files. They enlarge with all detail in tact. Thanks so much for sharing your work.

Hi Nicola,

i like your pictures very much!

The main difference to most of the galleries i've seen on the net seems to be your choice of focal lengths. You stay away from the point and shoot mainstream 35-105 and it pays off. Reminds me of myself 20 years ago. Except you're more radical on the wide angel side. Until now i didn't know that 17mm could be used so often. Thank you for that insight!

Your pictures of people show heart and depth. You must have a way with them, they look like they are really relating to you. Fabulous pictures, you have real talent.

It was Ulead Cool 360.
I have uninstalled it and I am not sure I will install it again. In fact I have not found the right for me yet. But Cool360 does a better job than other softwares around at the moment!
Cheers,

Hi,

I found your page through the DPreview Nikon Forum.

Very nice Panoramas, what stitching software do you use?

I'm also into pano's and use an Oly3030 and a D1

Your photos are very impressive. You take people pictures very well.
Any tips? I have the same gear as you..Nikon 17-35 and F100, but yours are so much better.
