I love Rangefinder cameras for many reasons, one of which is that they are so small, easy and light to carry around, and unobtrosive to use, compared to digital SLRs, but their results are as good if not better, especially considering the excellent lenses you can use with them. I started collecting old film rangefinders, then got the Leica bug, and finally bought a M8.
To live up to the purpose I bought the cameras for, I tried to take my Leica M8, and occasionally different film rangefinders out just to shoot everyday things and people, on the way to work or back, or at the weekend.
This gallery features those "general" day-to-day shots taken with my rangefinders. It is a work in progress rather than a themed gallery like the others on this site.
Then I sold the M8 for a better digital SLR, and I left this gallery for a while. But the rangefinder bug bit me again and I'm now enjoying carrying around film RFs.
