I am about to go off on a trip to the caucusu and having some of the questions about what lenses to take as you.
I do not want to mess with non canon lenses because I like the intelligence of a lens that stops down (and some that even autofocus. One of the trade off one must make is what gets the image "best" in terms of ease of use - which translates into a better picture more often than a slightly sharper image.
That said, I shoot architecture, and it seems you do as well.
So: I will take the new 24 tse mk 2, the 16 - 35 L2, the 90 tse 2, Then the 35 1.4 L. Considering taking the 1.4 converter, the 80 1/8 (a great lens). All very heavy lenses, except the 90. A lot to carry for sure.
The 90 is a spectacular lens and you should check it out if you haven't already.
