Saudi Arabia - 1977-78, 1979-1982, 1991-1993, 1997-1998

В Саудитска Арабия съм работил над седем години. Първата ми година беше през 1977г. Последната - през 1999г. Разликата в облика на държавата за тези двадесет и кусур години беше зашеметяваща. Нови магистрали бяха изместили тесните двупосочни пътища. Магазините бяха модернизирани. Нови супермаркети се бяха пръкнали по градовете. В първата ми година нямаше никакви дървета по тротоарите. В последствие засадените фиданки, бяха станали големи дървета. Вече може да се ходи по сянка.

I have been to Saudi Arabia (Dharan in fact) and loved my stay there. My parents lived there for many years in the 80's. I wish I would have been school age, as I could have gone to school in Sweeden, etc., etc.. My father worked for several aircraft co. in the Kingdom. I had the opportunity to travel through Bahrain, and it in so many ways reminded me of the "Americanized" parts of Korea. Nice gallery.

I've never been to Saudi Arabia but I saw many other pictures from people coming from there which are veru much better than what is in this gallery. This gallery is either not updated for so many years, or it's been taken from coutry sides.
