This is the terrain those mountain goats like to nimbly run around on, but not this day. No goats in this photo. While up on the mountain, I looked across the canyon with the morning light hitting these cliffs and forgot I was going after wildlife images. I couldn't resist! The next few shots ARE of the mountain goats.

I'm looking but think I maybe see one or so...they are hard to see in this type of terrain....God gives them the camoflage they need to survive. Beautiful shot...love the dusting of snow!;)
