When Venice has a good day of rain this flooding takes place.
The vendors are out selling very thin rain boots , the cost between
20 and 25 Eros , I took my shoes off and went in the ladies bought the rain boots
but they leaked as soon as they entered the water.
Refunds are possible if you can find the vendor who sold them to you .
