The Canon Elph Sports is a waterproof camera designed for outdoor use in all weather conditions and also possesses a "Fish mode" for underwater shots (capable of performing in depths up to 30 feet). We haven't used the camera all that much yet it's been fun to play with. It now resides in the glovebox of our car.
