She is a very pretty and wonderful person. Right now she needs some work with her skin and with her teeth. Photoshop can help until she can do something physically. I am not saying that you SHOULD do something to your pictures, only saying you CAN do something if you and your models wish.

Try touching up the skin this way:
1. Create a transparent layer
2. WINDOW>ARRANGE/NEW WINDOW FOR... to get another copy of picture showing
3. Turn on the channels palette and then turn off all but the GREEN
4. Work on the transparent layer, CLONE 30% ALL LAYERS (not aligned) to match hues and tones
5. Keep checking back on the color version showing in the other window
6. When you are happy with the coverup, slide the Opacity to about 80-95% in Normal mode for the Layer.

The teeth are on a separate layer
1. 100% clone
2. pick the bicuspid (third tooth to the right of center)
3. Use EDIT>FREE TRANSFORM to squeeze it slightly
4. Use the eraser tool if it has too much tissue

For the left side of the picture
1. Make a copy of the tooth layer you just constructed
2. EDIT>TRANSFORM>FLIP VERTICAL (I think)
3. EDIT>FREE TRANSFORM to rotate and squeeze a bit
4. Erase what you don't need

What you see here took about 30-40 minutes. Try the skin bit first. The teeth tricks are tougher. But you can learn lots from both.
