The Factory consists of 150 employees. The owner who showed us around knew all the employees by name and introduced them to us. That impressed me.

Looks like hard work, and reminds me of a sweatshop in a third world country! The busy-ness really is intense and shows here in a big way. I love how you got so much detail in every single employee's work!
