Refueling a Destroyer at sea

This was taken in the Mediterranean in 1956.The Dickson DD708 took American citizens to safety during the Arab-Israeli war. Our carrier steamed around the Gulf of Aquaba keeping an eye on Egypt for a month. We had constant flight operations at that time.
