The man is an enactor at Old Cowtown, Wichita,KS, and makes the costumes for other enactors. He also doubles as a blacksmith.

He has a very nice old sewing machine and even a sewing table, this photograph should be placed in a respective historical archive. Wonderful to see photographs like this, just a great idea to photograph this tailor. BV
