Peoples Exchange Bank, KS 1979

I came across this bank in the " Flint Hills" area of Kansas in 1979 around Halloween. I wondered if the bank people saw humor of their name and the skeleton. The bank no longer exists.It is a forlorn empty building when I saw it in 2009
