Kristin and I absolutely love rabbits. To our great fortune, some 200 rabbits happen to live in the park across the street from our apartment. I see them every day when biking to and from my office. One day I finally had my Nikon D2h ready to go, and was able to photograph a couple dozen of the adorable creatures.
These pictures are wonderful! My partner was just in Frankfurt for a business trip and he told me about the rabbits, but didn't take any pictures. I couldn't visualize it -- was it two or three rabbits? Maybe you could see five in half an hour? So I followed google links and ended up at your photos. Amazing -- what a cheerful view it must be to wake up to 200 bunnies! Probably the best thing is that this is a public park and not your vegetable garden... ;) The intrepid traveler has fantasies of living overseas, particularly in Germany, but I've been skeptical... until I knew about the rabbits. Well, of course this changes everything!
