Kibaoni Primary School in the Arusha Region

Kibaoni Primary School has six permanent classrooms; a school library; and a temporary kitchen. There are only 20 teachers for the 788 children now attending the school. There is no electricity. Children walk to school, some as much as 2 miles each way. We were impressed by their eagerness to learn. You can learn more about the school at http://www.kibaonifoundation.org/
