Hi
I see you are using a M42 to E mount Helicoid Adapter. Was it easy to mount on the lens. Focal flange back of vectis is 36mm, of E-mount is 18, but the adapter is longer, so I guess you had to remove some parts of the rear barrel of the 400mm lens?

Good on you. Could you elaborate on how you managed that? When disassembling mine partly I didn't see an easy way to connect the focussing ring to any part of the lens that actually did the focussing.
