These are pretty birds. At the weekend markets, Saturday on Wua Lai Rd, Sunday along Ratchadamnern Rd, there was a man regularly pushing a cart selling newspapers. One of the catchy ways he had of attracting people was to have three of these birds on the front of the cart. They did bite, but once they found out that I didn't flinch or squawk, they then let me give them scratches around the neck feathers.
