Dog of the Wat. This one gave us no argument, but at one of the buildings further over in the same complex, a few gave voice, barking a warning to come no closer. It's rather annoying when that happens, since I'm not sanguine about their intentions. Maybe they wouldn't bite, and maybe they would. Some look rather serious. If I have an umbrella, I can often spook them by opening it up suddenly in front of myself - they look confused, and back off. When I'm riding my bike, they will chase, and then I certainly do trust them to be serious. I don't want to get bitten, so I have to respect the warnings and back off. A lot of the time, looking into an interesting site is precluded. Bummer!
