Sitting in the grass with the tripod at a low angle while waiting for some good light, the birds in the aspens above me were chirping. A few deer wandered out in the meadow below and Mt. Timpanogos rising in the distance, and I was spellbound. Probably the most serene moment I have witnessed in years, and enough so that my camera was almost forgotten.
