Rose Mrs John Laing

NJ

A US distributor payed an unheard of $10,000 for exclusive distribution rights to this rose in the ninteenth century. Graham Stuart Thomas lists it with Madame Hardy and just one or two other roses as being "first rank" roses. It is a little lanky and it does suffer from fungal disease in hot weather; but it is reasonably vigorous, unusually remontant, deliciously scented, and productive of many flowers.

other sizes: small medium original auto
