Mashuga, I agree with Bob's comments. There are some things that could aasily be fixed, but the subject is great with the repetitive background and the guy is blissfully unaware and perfectly placed. Great title.

My original comments were lost when you re-posted this shot, so this is a repeat (but what better comp for that). I thought this was a great capture. The pedestrian is blissfully unaware of the mockery behind him.
I'm glad to see you got your ARGB issue fixed. A couple of other things I might try on this shot - crop to get rid of the poster border on the right and remove about half the sidewalk on the bottom. Also, do you have PTLens. It's free and I use it as a PS plugin. In any event, a quick pass through it will help correct the distorion at the top of the frame (and at that point, recropping to straighten the image will work).
