Love this picture! Everything comes together...the ripples, the colors, the reflections.
Wow...this would have fit many previous challenges, eh? Good job, Gordon.

Interesting perspective! Love the linear aspect to this shot.

Nice capture. Don't you just love the tilt viefinder/LCD on the Minolta

Nice shot... Nice water. I've tried a couple like this but either there is something floating around on the watter or a boat going by making a wake. The red sailboat and the colored canvas sail covers adds just the right amount of color (or as Queen Victoria may have said 'colour').

Thanks everyone for the kind words and there was no risk of my A2 getting wet since it was actually over terra firma when this was shot, although literally at Water's Edge.

As to me postings larger images, this link explains why I don't...

A most unique viewpoint. Excellent. The boats are indeed perched on a watery "edge". I really like this photo immensly.

Nice composition and interesting interpretation. I also like the angle of the picture and all the intersecting vertical and horizontal lines.
Cheers

Hope your A2 didn't get wet, when you took this shot ;-)
I especially like the "forest" of masts and its reflection.
The size of the pic is bit small imo, why didn't you upload a larger version?

This one's calm and peaceful as your pictures often are. And as usual you also excel when it comes to composition. Very nice entry.

Very nice composition and good interpretation. I get a strong sense of calmness from the water. The red boat "grabs" my eyes, and makes a good focal point .

PS Gordon, I should really thank you for saving space ;-), but many times I wish you would post your images larger to be able to see all the fine details better
