3rd: summer sunshine by Peggy

Huntington Beach, California, USA

this is one of my favorite shots ever. I did photoshop this to pop the colors but the detail is wonderful in the original as well. I had fun doing this shoot, as the neighbor's oscillating sprinkler was on and I had to keep dashing in and out of the flowers to keep my camera dry :)

Peggy,
A favourite of mine too since I first laid eyes on it. Perfect framing of the flowers and the bee. Great colours too. Superb. Definitely worth printing and hanging on your wall.
Cheers, John

A great flower macro, and the bee really makes it sting.

The bee creates the focal point and when I fixate on it everything else starts to move.
Color and motion. Very nice.

Great colors and composition. The bee just adds that extra touch.

This springs to the eyes as one of the most attractive picture from the exhibition. Great treatment of the subject from a composition and color point-of-vue.

Classic capture Peggy, with an added Jewel. I really like the way you have sensitively treated the pp on this - perfect. thanx.

This photo actually vibrates with color.
Could be my favourite too, if I had taken it.

I like that little tinge of green in the background as well. This is an incredible photo. Sherryl

Outstanding ! Whished I could zoom in on the central part. The icing on the cake is the discrete framing of the large flower with gentle green. Kudos.
