Feri,
Nice shot; I noticed it first at Use Film. I like the framing, though I would probably painted out the green. I like the lines and graphic simplicity of the image.

A very good track shot. Excellent texture/reflection from the wet? track. Not sure if you took a series, but I would be curious to see a shot a second or two earlier, with the runner leaning into bend a little more. Very nice work.
Richard.

Take it easy Feri - You may be moderating again! Good picture here, ROT framing, with the green triangle "placing" the shot. Runners feet seem to be off the ground, showing action, together with the slight motion blur. The expanse of track and the sheen of the track lighting add to the picture. Often a shot like this is set up so the moving object moves into the picture. This framing is less typical, but no less pleasing. Well done.

I'll try not to read too much into this one. As I see it, sometimes a race track is simply a race track. The colors are rich & inviting...the track lines pull in the viewer very powerfully.

I like the way the runner's foot is slightly blurred, conveying motion. I know I would have excluded the triangle of green in the top left if I had been taking this, but actually it helps to make the shot work - so I've learned something from looking at this. Thanks.

Feri,
As you don't leave much to chance in your pics, I must assume an underlying message.
The runner is obviously going in the wrong direction or against the mainstream or even back in time. There's more to it than meets the eye.
Paul.

Hi Feri,

Good composition and great interpretation of the theme. You use the lines as a recurring pattern and then break the regularity by placing the person and the green grass on the side. Good shot.
