Took off early this morning and headed to the ponds on the east side of town. It was taken in one of the natural areas I enjoy in Fort Collins called Cattail Chorus Natural Area along Prospect Road.
I was just looking for this sort of image. Simplicity is a key to good photography and this image illustrates that. The reeds are set in water with the morning sun just starting to shine on the water. It is so peaceful to be out there wandering around taking in all of nature as it tries to adjust to mans intrusion. If you look close enough you can see the sun reflecting through a spider web leading from the stick on the right and going to the left.
