Who would have thought that I would be given a Sky Box for opening day of the baseball season? As a token of appreciation for my fund raising efforts the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation gave me the box, which included seats for 16 people plus ball park food and drinks. In turn I invited transplant recipients who have been "giving back" also. It was heart warming to see these people who were recently near death having such a new zest for living. Judy Postma (front, far right in blue) had a heart & double-lung transplant. (the fact that Detroit gave the Blue Jays a good beating didn't dampen our spirits)
