Preliminary figures show that approximately $40,000 was raised for lung transplant research at Toronto General Hospital.

The tournament, held June 5th, 2008 at Granite Ridge Golf Club in Milton, ON was our 4th annual and the money raised exceeded last year's $30,000 by $10,000. Thanks go to our many supporters, sponsors, providers of goods & services and participants who played golf, donated cash and prizes and took part in the very successful silent auction.

The tournament was held in memory of past tournament chair Peter Laurence, a 6-year lung transplant recipient who passed away last September. NOTE: 2009 tournament will be Thursday, June 4th at Granite Ridge.
