As I make trips to Ky to see my Son and his Family, I will most likely grab photo's of different sites that we see while there. Most I will have been to before, but since Wayne (Demorcan) hasn't, I'll revisit them so he can also see the beauty within the State.

A note: The graves seen here are from the Civil War.(In Elizabethtown) There were three(small) forts at the top of the hill, and there was a battle held in the town. If you look, there is a photo of a cannon ball in the side of a building. The building was (at that time) taken by the "yanks" to set up a post. The "rebels" fired upon them.

Also, this town has the is the holder of the first established Church built on the west side of the Allegany Mntns. Though it has grown much in size and a new one was built. The original is still in the same place.

Many "famous" military people (from pre & Civil war) stayed in this town. Threre's much history to be told. The town was established in 1792.
