Downtown Peoria

Only took a few photo's today, and due to the overcast, I didn't care to much for their outcome. So, as I do in that case, converted them to some sort of art looking "stuff".

I was standing in east Peoria (across the river) when I took this shot of the tall buildings in Down Town Peoria.

I really like what you've done with this. The stone-like texture above the city looks like clouds, and gives it a rugged appearance overall. This has a real neat feel to it.
