North Carolina - Dupont Forest State Park

This state park features three great waterfalls on Little River within a space of one mile. We parked near Hooker Falls, and hiked on to Triple Falls and High Falls.
On December 7, 2005, we returned to the park to shoot some photos using a slower shutter speed to give the water that silky effect. The photos are mixed in with the others in this gallery.
To get the slow shutter speed, I used a polarizing filter stacked with a NDx8 filter and exposure compensation of up to -1.
