I would first like to appologize for posting this photo is you would like it removed i will of course comply. However, regardless, I would like to speak as a photographer for a second rather than as a student. I took this photo a long time ago, when I was probably fourteen years old and this is just a travelogue, not anything for profit. I think i remember your family, don't you guys run the guesthouse right there? Anyway, it is nopt illegal to take photos, not illegal to take photos of people, not illegal to take photos of people even without their permission. At least that is the law in the united states and in most of the world's countries, most likely Spain in included in that as well (in fact it is also not illegal to sell these images). Most photographers, professionals that is, of which I am of course not, I just like to travel, know the laws or at least the basic laws regarding photography - how do you think magazine poparatzzi photographers earn a living? Also, my tag line may be a bit confusing, but as far as contacting me for permission that only applies to reproduction of the image in a publication or in any form for a profit. Strangly enough, i own this photo and all rights to it. Please let me know if you have any coments or concerns, but i would like you to understand I am a traveler and a student who likes to take pictures and share them with family and friends, not a professional photographer exploiting other people with a camera lens.
sincerely, matt reichel

Hello,
My name is Marino and this picture is of my father. As far as I know you are the one who lacks permission to reproduce his likeness for public display much less, if you are in fact making a profit with it. We want you to extend to the subject of your photos the same courtesy that you demand from the users of your website. Hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
The Rojo Family
